1.0 Introduction First of all, the chosen company for this study is Fipper Marketings Sdn Bhd (Fipper), company which located in Malaysia and incorporated since 2008. Fipper products design is focusing on combination of various colours and shapes in order to evolved the basic footwear into unique and fashion style. Moreover, Fipper slipper is remains to basic flat sole and Y-shaped strap for its designs and used original Thai rubber as their raw materials. Eventually, tagline of Fipper company “ Feel the rubber ” is strongly appealed to general public to try on the quality of its products that slippers slip resistant, prevents bacterial infections and is free of Bisphenol-A. The figure 3 (Appendix) shows the inflation rate of India from July 2014 to June 2015. India inflation rate is fluctuated. The highest inflation rate in India is August of 2014 which reaches a peak about 8% but it start to decrease for the next following month. However, the inflation rate starts to increase to 5.37% in March 2015 but decrease slightly for the following month. Finally, the inflation rates reach 5.01% in June 2015. According to (Mamta Sharma & Satbir Singh, 2013), Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is one of the good ways to attract the flow of the foreign capital to developing the country. Foreign direct investment (FDI) of India is accounting for USD 34 billon investment in 2004 which is the 9th top host country for FDI.
