Fundamental interpersonal relationship orientation- behavior. It can be defined as a way in which an individual characteristically relates to other people. This is mainly done to measure how an individual will behave in a particular situation. It is also the behavior towards other and also the behavior one expects from others in the three areas of interpersonal interaction:

 High level of conscitiosness: From the big five personality test I came to know that I was on conscitiousness which was true. I am very much careful in doing things, I am hardworking and achievement -oriented. I also possess persistent and preserving nature. If I commit something I try my level best to achieve those, and keep up my promises. I am on time with all my works. Also I don’t like someone breaking promises because I expect the same to be exhibited by others.
 Learning through lecture method- From the learning style exercise I find out that I learn things through lectures or from some practical knowledge. When faculties teaches in class I like if real life examples are given especially about the happenings which occurred in news. I sometimes is resistance to certain scenarios and don’t have the will to change or adjust things. Sometimes whenever new things come I resist to those things.
 Blind areas: From the Johari window I came to know that my blind window was very broad which meant that I am not knowing about myself, but others know me well. It is very important to know one self. This exercise was appropriate for me because there have been situations in my life where I was not knowing about myself what I am good at.
 Low self-awareness: Through the overall emotional intelligence exercise I found out that I was not aware about myself. I was not able to understand what I really want. Self-awareness is mental ability to recognize who and what you are. My awareness is very low means that I am very less aware about myself.
Procedures and techniques to improve self-awareness
• Going for new experiences and hobbies: The more open and go for maximum hobbies. We have seen that we often discover new things when we go for new challenges.
