The first amendment is very important for United State citizens. Freedom of speech is one of the most important rights. Freedom of speech grants us rights to say what we want without getting in trouble with the law. This law is important because it allows us to express our opinions. Freedom of religion is another right that is very important. People have the right to practice their religion or not practice any religion. Freedom of religion makes living in the U.S. more comfortable due to the fact that in other countries everyone has to follow one religion. Freedom of protesting is another right that the first amendment grants us. Protests help people get together for a cause and even if it good or bad it should be allowed because we were given the right to protest. Protests created when a group of people gets together to speak for what they believe in. Overall, many citizens will agree that the first amendment is really important to everyone living in the United States.

In the First amendment, we are guaranteed the freedom of speech, petition, assembly, religion, and press. There is three of these rights that are most important to me which are religion, speech, and assembly. We are guaranteed these rights; however, there is circumstances.

The right to bear arms has been a favoured constitutional law since its establishment in 1791, but as more gun related violence and accidents occur, there has been increasing debate on whether or not guns should be banned in the US altogether, and if not, what regulations should be required for the purchase and handling of them. While guns should not be completely banned from the country, the rules and regulations of gun laws should be tightened. In the 2nd amendment, it clearly states that “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” While this statement still holds true, the evolution of firearms and how they have become more dangerous throughout the years is a clear sign of why the laws should be changed.

1st amendment is standout among the most key rights that people have in light of the fact that it promises the natives of United States the key individual freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly and discrimination. It is the key to the presence of majority rule government and the appreciation of human nobility. Freedom gives me and the people of America the right to do anything we want; it allows us to be ourselves no matter where you come from, or who you are.
