The Five Factor Personality Test was an eye opening experience its crazy how a simple test can know so much about you from a sum of questions. I thought it was an interesting experience and I learned a lot about myself some things I knew others I supposed but never really thought about them. Personality is such a big aspect of the human being, my personality type says a lot about what type of person I am how far I will go in life and how I deal with things. This test was spot on. I very much agree with the different factors and each facet.
For example, with the extraversion facets they were almost all average scores. What caught my eye was that the gregariousness was very low, I’m friendly and pretty cheerful but I got a 14 for gregariousness. I do love being by myself at times I love having private time where it can be my thoughts and I. I feed of alone time if I don’t have it I even get in a bad mood after a while. I cannot be around big crowds the feeling of being surrounded by a large group of people makes me feel anxious. Speaking of anxiety this ties in with the neuroticism section of the test my scores were pretty eye opening. I already know I am an anxious person I just did not know I would get such a high level of it on this test I got 84 very high. Again I agree I am very anxious since I was a child, I feel like I need to

In some way you are also learning about each of our personalities. This was a fun way to find out things about ourselves. I think my life, my environment and genetics can have so much to do with a person and how the person acts. I see the qualities I've been taught but I also see the qualities I have inherited through genetics; through my parents, grandparents and so on. This was a unique experiment and the knowledge I have gained from something as simple as a test is

I think knowing your personality type helps the creation of a performance plan for an employee in an organization. You learn a lot about your employees when you do a personality test. You will know what the employee can bring to the table or what will slow the employee down.
I performed the assessment on January 26th at 9pm, and the assessment is an abbreviation for "Myers–Briggs Type Indicator.” It describes people by dividing several categories such as “Extraversion or Introversion”, “Sensing or Intuition”, “Thinking or Feeling”, and “Judging or Perceiving.” As for me, the result is “ISTJ” which are introversion, sensing, thinking, and judging. The purposes of this assessment are to understand about myself, to build future plans for finding a job, and to improve my relationship with other people.
If an individual’s personality includes being highly extraverted, then reactions and responses should be
In terms of questions concerning my personality insight, across the board I would say that my numbers were fair. The personality test revealed a high level of me being open to new experience; and being agreeable. This came as a shocked because in a previous test; my personality revealed that I was an ISTJ, meaning; introvert, sensing, thinking, and judging. Experience to me are important; because it allows me to grow within my organization; and learn new things. In Type Talk At Work, it explains the role of an Introvert, and their preference to work alone; until they realize the value of working as a team.
Core values of a person are characteristics that define that person. Everyone should know obviously what are our core values and why they have it. The values of a person are shaped throughout his life and suffer external influences from family, friends, instructors and the society in which that individual grow. As Gandhi once stated: “Your beliefs become your actions, your actions become your habits, your habits become your values, your values become your destiny.” My five most important personal core values are honesty, integrity, fairness, compassion and loyalty.
From the different personality tests that I have taken in the past, I know that I am an introvert. So, the score of 20 I thought was too high, but from the book it says that an extravert is sociable, fun-loving, and affectionate. I am these things but just around the people I feel comfortable around, such as family and close friends. This is most evident in church because that is where most of my family and close friends gather. I am comfortable around them, and I also try to get out of my comfort zone once in a while.
I agree with the results that showed up on the findings of the test. My personality type is ISFP. I agree that I have a dream of mastering action skills. I have always liked playing basketball when I first found out about it. I started playing in eighth grade and it was really fun to play.

I have always hated writing about myself, and I always dreaded assignments in school where I had to describe myself. I always wanted to avoid doing these assignments because I did not want to sound narcissistic, or self-absorbed. I dislike people like that now, because I used to be one of those people. It took many lessons learned before I humbled myself; I am still learning to humble myself today with recent experiences I have had. Although I hate to write about myself, I have always liked to reflect on myself.
