First, 5 stages of organizational life-cycle identified which is start-up, growth, maturity, renewal and decline stages. The corporate entrepreneurship expression is different in each stages of organizational and the change is due to the certain features. Overall, the corporate entrepreneurship main differences happen during renewal and decline stage. After the organization reach maturity, the organization either will fall into renewal or decline stage and it is based on the corporate entrepreneurship features and institutional factors. Corporate entrepreneurship involves innovations, strategic objectives and potential for growth, while institutional factors involve managerial practices, entrepreneurial culture and managers’ attitude towards entrepreneurship. …show more content…

Strategic control, organizational resources, organizational structure and reward system is involved in managerial practices. The decline happens mainly due to the lack of proper resources management where the allocation and accessibility is not maintained well. Renewal stage is needed indeed to manage resources successfully. For that purpose, strategic control and reward system is needed during decline stage. Strategic control is very important in identifying performance gaps, fix it and promote entrepreneurial thinking. Hence, strategic control will overcome the decline stage and promotes renewal stage. Reward system in terms of quality, innovation, creativity and overall performance should be given to the employee to motivate them. It will make employees feel appreciated and research has proven that employees who get recognized tend to have higher self-esteem, more confidence, more willingness to take on new challenges and more eagerness to be innovative (Puwanenthiren Pratheepkanth,2011) .So, the employee will feel enthusiastic to work even better and other employee will follow it
