Chapter 1 confer an overview of the problem of the research it also contains background of the problem along with the research questions, objectives, scope, gaps of the research to be worked on in the future and the main contributions that the research brought forward. The second chapter (chapter 2) is on literature review which discussed all the variables of the research in detail and all the variables were critically evaluated using the knowledge from the previous researchers already done. This literature was then used to formulate the conceptual framework and hypotheses. The hypotheses formulated using the literature was then tested in chapter 4. Chapter 3 is of research methodology, in this chapter the researcher has discussed the type of research and philosophy has been selected to carry out the research. This chapter also discusses the population, sample derived from the population, type of instrument selected for the collection of data, through which means and process data was collected and the tool used for the statistical analysis of the data. Chapter 4 contains the results generated after the statistical analysis of the data collected. Chapter 5 concludes that all the research questions raised in the first chapter are answered and solved after being empirically tested. The answers reached are also compared with the previous researches to analyze that the conclusion reached with this research matches with the previous
Strategies In the past there have been arguments between agencies and professionals over funding and arguments over who does what, which obstructed closer professional working. A number of strategies have now been developed that focus on improving co-operation for the benefit of those using services. 1) Multi-agency working: The support planning process and single assessment process have inspired bigger inter-agency cooperation with the individuals needs being central to the process.
In the 1800s, slavery was a prominent figure in the United States of America. . As no clear records of slaves were kept, estimates of their total numbers can not be based on a census, but are instead determined by the knowledge that slaves (originally brought to the New World in 1619) reproduced at a rapid rate. Additionally, the continued influx of slaves through the American Civil War caused the total number of enslaved Africans to grow.
In a capitalist environment, at least where corporations have been concerned, the government should neither intervene or regulate the open market. In fact, the essence of the capitalist economic system is to create an environment where the free market would be able to dictate itself. Regardless of the system’s original intentions, there have been cases globally and throughout time where government intervention has been necessary — cases where the general public itself has been affected negatively by corporate abuse of the market. For instance, the United States’ public-corporate relationship throughout the late nineteenth century and early twentieth century. Throughout my report I will seek to investigate the pros and cons of operating a contingent workforce. I will look at how it affects the landscape of an organisation and the impacts it has on retaining a competitive advantage. I will also look at whether it is best practice from a Human Resource (HR) point of view and how HR can best manage to retain the knowledge these individuals have and are given while working with an organisation. A contingent workforce can be defined as ‘Is a provisional group of workers who work for an organization on a non-permanent basis, also known as freelancers, independent professionals, temporary contract workers, independent contractors or consultants.’
Employment provides the financial security which a person can use to live a happy and healthy lifestyle. This is further enhanced when the work is good for example the hours of work are such that a person can have more family time and exercise. This can result in improved health outcomes of an individual. The condition of lower-status work tends to be poorer than higher status work. A flexible workforce is seen as good for economic competitiveness but brings with it effects on health (Benach & Muntaner, 2007).

The available materials such as newspapers, journals, electronic information, news and magazines were reviewed and used. Primary research: There were applied a raw data.
2.0 Procedure A few secondary resources were used in the research process. These sources range from newspapers articles, news website (BBC) and online databases which were accessed via the Internet. These sources were chosen based on direct relation to the topic and its scope. Moreover, these sources were referred to gain better understanding about the topic and explore expert opinions and research done in order to fulfil the criteria of each objective
The idea is that you have something you share with others. This could be anything from your car, a room, dinner, or your underpants. The attitudes towards this new thing are very different from each other. Some think it is the next best thing like Catharine Hamm in text two. Others are a little bit more sceptic and admits sharing economy has some downsides, like Suzanne Bearne in text number one.
