In such a scenario, flexi timings are a boon not only to the employee but also the organization. Even the government is now keen to introduce flexible working hours for all as it believes that such a provision is a harbinger of huge benefits to business and motivated engaged workforce.

From the point of view of employees-more quality time especially during a family exigency, reduce childcare costs, avoid rush hour traffic and reduce motor maintenance costs among many others.
