Flexible working is working arrangement where employees are given greater scheduling freedom in how they meet the obligations of their position. The first factor employee interested in working of these scheduling are flexible working, which give employees the flexibility that is much larger in terms of the time when they start and end of the work, provided they are included in the total number of hours required by the employer. The other is the flexible work will involve telecommuting, job sharing, and compressed work weeks. Supporting flexible work program originated as important in their recognition that many workers have difficulty in balancing their family responsibilities and duties of their job, and they note that the program can make the company more attractive to prospective employees. Although one has to be conscious that like any other process of change in the organizations, flexible working holds both its pros and cons. Critics pointed out, however, that while the flexible employment initiatives that attempt to correct some old inequalities in work-life balance family life, ill-considered plan can give deleterious effects on the company. Second factor is a common employee interested was work with flexible time given by company whether in office hour or shift hour working. This is a system in which workers choose their start and stop times of the various hours available. This period is usually at both ends of the core business time where most companies apply.
