Role of a flying instructor to instill flight safety
3. Flying instructor by their personal example is role model for their student pilots. Whatever they do, his student will observe and make a standard for him. Good flying basically comes from good flying habit, for example, even sitting in required posture can assist in good flying. in subsequent paragraphs all factors will be discussed which can promote safe flying and can be corrected or taught by flying instructor.

Flying by nature seems thrilling to young pilot. But in actual flying is a very serious business. Slight error due to any negligence can cause havoc. It is duty of flying instructor to teach his student the limitation of machine and man. Not only by telling, but also demonstrating him in simulators or any other aid, in which breach of limitation can cause crash. If aircraft have certain limitation, such as Gs, speed, height that should be respected. Similarly, person limitation must also never be ignored. if any individual is not physically fit, he should have courage to say No, rather than persuading. This aspect should be drilled by flying instructor as these are life saver limitations.

(d) Knowledge. Flying instructor must always check his student if his knowledge standard is not up to the mark. Flying knowledge must not only include aircraft system knowledge or emergency procedures, but also general aviation topic that can help him in making good decisions. Flying Instructor must develop habit of listening R/T calls in their students, to enhance Situational Awareness. Rather than telling him instructions in air, he should be briefed well so that In air his more focus should be on listening calls. More he listen calls he will have better SA of other traffic in vicinity, which will definitely enhance safety. Possibly the greatest external resources during flight are air traffic controllers and flight service specialists. ATC can help decrease pilot workload by providing traffic advisories, radar vectors, and assistance in emergency situations. ATC can provide updates on weather, answer questions about airport conditions, and may offer direction-finding assistance. The services provided by ATC can be invaluable in enabling pilots to make informed inflight decisions. Instructors can help new students feel comfortable with ATC by encouraging them to take advantage of services. If students are exposed to ATC as much as possible during training, they feel confident asking controllers to clarify instructions and are better equipped to use ATC as a resource for assistance in unusual circumstances or
