In 2006 Boston Children's Hospital and the leader of sports concussions Doctor William Meehan says "Given the number of kids who play, I would be really surprised if there is an increased risk. He also says "we are talking millions of players who would be suffering from this. I don’t want people to stop playing the sport due to something that is a low, low risk." The low risk of concussions is not the only reason you should let your kids play football. For the love of the game, football is Americas most popular sport.
(acient) I have wanted to become a coach for a very long time specifically a football coach. My entire life has revolved around football watching it, talking about it, and even playing it. There a lot of colleges that offer this career choice for example 6. Arkansas State University or the University of Arkansas. I think that it’s a great career choice if you want to make a difference in some one’s life and if you want to have fame and be popular in your community.
The football game is mostly where the fun is. Homecoming could never get old so it’s going to be impossible to take that away from ICN high school. It begins to grow dramatically, and grows to what I would say is probably the equivalent to the size of Salina. Just as important as any oil boom as far as the town of Odessa is considered was the boom of high school football. Odessa was pretty far from any major city; so many people really had nothing to think about besides work and Odessa High School football. This made me think of our own little town, and how everyone here is so crazy about Scott High School football. I mean they were absolutely crazy about their football.
If people were to take the billions and millions of dollars spent on football and spent it on fixing the world’s problems. Think of the change that could happen from the result of spending the money elsewhere. This money could help solve major problems like too expensive health care, the prevention of deadly diseases, the economic collapse, the global water crisis, and maybe even the rapid change in climate. People take the large amount of money spent on football and use it to make the world a better and safer place for their generation and for generations to

"Thousands cheering the synchrony from their seats or sofas can really make you feel like a part of something" (NFL). This "something" is a community, a widespread belief that the collective support and appreciation for national football is such a unitary force that divisions between anything other than favorite teams cease to hold any influence. Viewers in the stadium, in a restaurant, or on the street, are provided a medium through which they have a sense of togetherness and camaraderie. Fans want to see their team succeed, and the sport provides a healthy bucket within which viewers can pour their support and wants, all to see victory at the highest of echelons. Football also represents and acts as a reliable distraction from the problems faced by millions of Americans in their daily lives.
Thanksgiving isn’t just a rudimentary holiday to my family and me. It means much more to us. Every Thanksgiving something new and exciting takes place, creating more memories for us to cherish. Thanksgiving is full of traditions that have carried on for many years. My family is very blessed with everything we possess, during Thanksgiving is time for us to recognize those things and thank God for allowing us to have them.
Throughout my life football has by far been the biggest passion of mine. I watch the games that are on every thursday, sunday, and monday on the NFL and I watch the games every Saturday that are for the NCAA. I’ve been playing football since I was in kindergarten whether it was just screwing around with friends, playing on a team in a league, or playing for the school, and I have always loved it. Through my whole life there have been moments where my passion for football was so strong that I grew a love for it. One particular moment was when I scored my first ever touchdown for a league team.
Sweeping the hearts of Americans, football rises well above other sports in a poll on citizen’s favorite sport with a total of 35% of the population. Distracted by the exciting football gatherings with family and friends, we all tend to neglect the serious dangers of football. Although football provides activity for children, parents should not let their children
