With relation to the Ford manufactured component of the consumer’s recreational vehicle (Stripped Chassis), Ford Motor Company (FMC) respectfully requests that the Consumer’s claim be denied. It is Ford’s position that the vehicle does not appear to qualify for repurchase or replacement under the Texas Lemon Law. The consumer has not had four or more repair attempts for the same nonconformity that continues to exist, the consumer has not had the vehicle out of service for repair a cumulative total of 30 or more days, and the consumer’s concern does not constitute a serious safety defect.
