A brutal crash between a white 2002 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 and a city truck on Foster Road, San Angelo, Texas, caused severe injuries for two people, according to a statement released by the San Angelo Police Department. According to San Angelo police, at approximately 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, police and San Angelo Fire Department personnel were dispatched to the 5300 block of Foster Road for a major two-vehicle crash with entrapment. The driver of the Z28 Camaro, McKenna Bowie, 18, and the 16 year-old passenger had to be cut from the wreckage. The white Camaro’s driver, 18-year-old McKenna Bowie, remains hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit. The Camaro’s passenger, 16-year-old Austin Weeds, underwent emergency surgery and remains hospitalized.

This article gave information saying that the crash occurred on August 27th, around 3:45am. The article states the vehicle collided with a guardrail. 16-year old Taylor Lee Harris, the young girl that died, was not the only one in the car when the accident happened. Another young girl by the name of Keayra Hughes, was riding along with Taylor, but was not announced dead.
