Non verbal communication
Communication is process of sending information to another person by transmitting a message.
There have two types of communication which is verbal communication and also non verbal
communication. Verbal communication is more likely normal conversation such as face to face
meeting, which is the person are spoke with each other. Whereas, non verbal communication is
the person are using body language in other to sending the message to another person. Normally,
non verbal communication they will use symbol or sign such as facial expression, body
movements and many else.
There have four types of non verbal communication which is Kinesics behavior, Proxemics,

For example, when a
person was unhappy they will frown but sometimes people think by frown the person is not
understand what other say and not because they upset. So, it was being confusion for the person
to understand what they are going to tell.
Other than that, non verbal communication also will bring ambiguous situation for the other
person to understand what the information they tell about is. That because, people will make
simply conclusion by seeing the other person facial expression. Sometimes, we do not know
what exactly the people are telling just by seeing their facial expression because when people
smile that not exactly means the people is happy. Regarding to the SME Company, if they need
to explain to others party about their product they cannot simply judge their information is good
if the person is smiling about what they are telling about. Sometimes, the person is smiling
because they just respect the other person are talking and not interesting about their product.

Verbal communication also involves using different varieties of approaches and styles that is appropriate to the person/ people you are addressing. This could be a group of people(audience) or a single person. Non-verbal communication: non-verbal communication is expressing ideas and opinions without talking, which is understanding body language which is very important it often gives care workers an idea of how someone is feeling by the way they express themselves, for example the way they express their emotions. To be able to use non-verbal communication it is important as a career that you understand what messages your own body is sending out to whom you are trying to help.
These messages enclose information, and the senders of these messages intend particular meanings to reach the receiver of the message, who will then attribute a meaning to the message. The intended meaning may be varying from the meaning attribute to the message by the receiver. This is not only due to the words was used but also by the non-verbal messages that are also sent (Fielding, 1995). Heath (1997) stated that communication occurs in various ways and at diverse levels of awareness. Barber (1993, cited in Heath, 1997) states that communication is that sharing understandings and involves openness to the enquiry of another person, having attention, perception, receptivity and empathy towards that person.
