As the semester of my freshman year come to a closer, now it’s time to think about my future plans at Virginia Wesleyan College. The first semester of my freshman year been an up and down journey. As I move to the second semester the process of creating the Four Year Plan schedule I found out that it can takes time and a lot thought because I realized that I don’t know what to take in the next four. Making plans for future is something I found out I can be kind of bad of because I just don’t plan that far ahead in the future. My biggest challenge was trying pick out classes especially when you don’t know you’re major. Not knowing my major is little tedious because right now I’m still exploring what interest me the most and sometime it can be little confusing at times. How will attack this situation by starting off taking a mixture of classes that contain Computer Science and Business because those major that got in mind, so this will get me a better what interest me the most. Research Question: Why the process of permanency planning work in some states and not in others? History Permanency planning was created in December 21, 2005 under the Adoption and Safe Family Act. In understanding that the permanency planning was created in 2005 gives me a ten year gap.

My plan is to attend a four year university full time at University of Washington Bothell and major in computer science field because I am passionate about working with technology, and I want to understand how we can continue to draw knowledge from it. Why I major in Veterinarian Technology Some people go to college knowing exactly what they want, others do not have a clue. On the average students change their majors three or more times before they graduate. Since I am in undecided person, selecting a major was a difficult decision to make. Before I attended college as a freshman, I wanted to figure out which career fits me the most and would give me passion every day. Four Days For the Kids It has been brought to Bismarck School District’s attention that surrounding schools have decided to attend school only four days a week. Going to school for four days sounds great, but is it really all it’s cracked up to be once you take a closer look at it? Bismarck School District should not attend school four days a week. We should stick to our normal schedule, and continue having classes five days a week.
Since my desired major is in the medical field, Radiology, which is a practice that will continue to be used in the future, I’m confident in obtaining a job in that field of study when I graduate from college. With more jobs available for me, I will have the chance to choose which one that will benefit me most in the long run. Choosing a college major is one of the most important decisions in a person’s life. The effect choosing a college major has on one’s life is much like a small ripple in the middle of a vast ocean. In the students senior year it is a simple seemingly inconsequential click of a button on an online application.
