A unidentified serial killer murdered and dismembered between 12-20 people. Nobody knows what the murderer’s motives were or why these murders were committed. The primary suspects in this case are Frank Dolezal and Dr. Francis E Sweeney. Frank was a 52 year old man who had a temper problem and was a suspect in the murder of Florence Polillo. During the investigation of the murders the police department of Cleveland couldn’t find a solid trace on the suspect who committed the murders. So in order to speed up the process of the case Sheriff O’Donnell pinned the entire case on Frank Dolezal. The entire town and some of O’Donnell’s co workers believed Frank was Innocent and was being wrongfully treated. O’Donnell then proceeded to beat answers out of Frank in order to get a “confession” out of him which Frank later recanted his confession saying he was beaten until he confessed. Seeing as how Sweeney was a professional war surgeon gave him an advantage in the category of cutting limbs off bodies over Frank. One reason to prove that Sheriff O’Donnell beat Frank in order to make him confess is by the autopsy that was done on Frank’s body. The autopsy showed that Frank had 6 broken ribs
Frank Cray alleges during his testimony at the trial that Baptiste and Peterson left the bar after the drink was spilled, and when they attempted to come back in the bouncer would not allow them to re-enter. At this point Baptiste came to the door and somehow cut Frank, who allegedly turned his back when he saw Baptiste approach with a shiny object. Frank claims at this point he returned to the bar to put pressure on the cut he had received to the back of his neck. While sitting at the bar, someone reportedly told him his brother Jason was getting beat up outside. He then allegedly went to help his brother who was on the ground surrounded by four men.

On October 31, 1968, in Cleveland, Ohio a Cleveland police officer, named Martin McFadden, saw three men acting suspiciously around a jewelry store, which he believed they were casing a job. The officer, McFadden, walked up to three men and asked a few questions; afterwards, he proceeded to stop and frisk them. McFadden found a pistol in John Terry’s pocket, a revolver in Richard Chilton’s pocket and nothing was found on Carl Katz. The officer arrested Terry and Chilton for carrying concealed weapons and Carl Katz was sent free. Terry was convicted and sentenced to three years in jail.
In Dallas, Texas a man was brutally murdered by servant at home. The body was cut up into limbs and put under the wood planks. During the murder the victim scream and heard by neighbors. Three police officers went into the scene. The suspect acted like nothing happened until he went insane and confessed.

When confronted, he said that a man had threatened him with a butcher’s knife. After arriving at Jeffrey Dahmer’s apartment, Dahmer allowed the police to search the apartment. To recap the case of Ciny Jones, the young woman was found strangled in her car outside a grocery store in Centervale. In the past five years, the Centervale Police Department (CPD) has been working countless leads to identify a suspect. Centervale’s Police Department received news in the last year of a DNA sample recovered on Jones’s purse strap connected to a young man by the name of Jason Rivers. Due to prior drug abuse, Jason Rivers was found incompetent to stand trial. After a while, the State Mental Hospital cleared him of substance abuse and was competent to be placed on the docket for trial.
Arthur Shawcross, otherwise known as “The Genesee River Killer”, was a serial killer most famous for the murder of eleven women in the upstate New York area from 1988 to 1990. However, these were not his only crimes. In the year 1972, he was also arrested for the murder of two children. Shortly after his arrest, Shawcross was released on parole and had his criminal records sealed in order to prevent a public panic at this newly released child murderer.

A serial killer is defined as “an individual who kills more than three people in succession without a cooling off period”. From the beginning of recorded history to the present day, humankind has seen its share of serial killers from Giles De Rais to Jack the Ripper, murder is not a new concept. However in 2006 a new name was added to the ongoing list of serial killers, Robert Pickton, aged 58, plead not guilty to 27 charges of first degree murder. During the course of his trial, a lengthy delay, an error in the charge and an appeal to Supreme Court of Canada are elements which make the Pickton case an unprecedented case in Canadian history.
No one deserves to die, and no one deserves death. Some executions are justified, but David Herold’s was not. Herold was a skilled and talented man who was deprived into a corner to help a killer. James L. Swanson’s novel, Chasing Lincoln 's Killer, a diary entry, “Last Diary Entry of John Wilkes Booth,” and an article, “Lincoln Writ of Liberty” contain evidence that proves Herold’s innocence. Herold did help a murderer; however, he is like everyone, in that he is susceptible to violent threats.
The townspeople believe it’s not his problem anymore and wanted to defend against Frank alone. This notion does input the ideas on what people morality and control of the hold of belief in the first place. His new wife Amy, is a Quaker, who does not believe in violence to solve problems. The reason she became a Quaker, her father and brother were killed by guns with violence.
During the conversation I obtained written consent to search Frank’s room. I searched the room and didn’t locate anything related to Blackshire’s murder. After speaking with Frank I checked the area in an attempt to locate Willie Wright. At approximately 11:19 a.m., I Detective L. Frank was innocent in the situation but the jealousy of Richard Strout was to much for him to bare so he murdered Frank.
