I think that Freeman Fracus did not violate the charter, and that all the charges should be dismissed. Mr. Fracus had posted onto his facebook, his opinion on his mathematics teacher Mr. Massolano. In this post he compared Massolano to the italian dictator; Benito Mussolini. Although I agree this post could be a little offensive, I do not think it violates the charter.
