Friar Lawrence is to blame for Romeo and Juliet’s death because he didn’t tell Friar John how important it was to deliver the letter to Romeo. Romeo didn’t know what was happening with Juliet and he thought she was dead. Friar Lawrence doesn’t make it to the Capulet’s Vault on time, so Romeo gets there before him and Friar couldn’t explain things to him and tell him what was happening with Juliet. When Friar got to the Vault, Romeo was already dead. “Romeo! Oh, so pale! Who else? What, Paris too?/ And steeped in blood?
