In a hospital there are hundreds of rooms with hundreds of patients that need something that could mean life or death. For example, 32 of the patients in this hospital, Angel’s Grace Memorial Hospital, desperately need a necessary organ or they will die in the next week. On average 21 patients a day die if they don’t get the organ they need, that means that most or all 32 patients at Angel’s Grace are praying for someone else to die so they can keep their organ and live. However, that is what the human race has come to today. Everyone is so selfish, except me.
The unit used to enhance the cop cars were solaris LED flare strobes, which we ran into the dimmer board and Josh Thatcher built into chases” (william. P.48). I have been waiting since the start of summer for this day, the day to go against Topeka West the school that have been talking stuff for the longest. There was so much hype about this game and it was finally here, when the bell ringed at the end of the day i rushed out of class and got on the bus to head over to chandler our practice field. When we got there we all the football players loaded off the bus and when we got off there was a table of chips, water, gatorade,PB & J and fruit snacks so we didn’t play on an empty stomach. After we ate and got ready coach talk to us for a little bit and then we got on the bus to head to Hummer sports park, it was a loud bus but i don 't think coach cared because we was hype going to play t-west. Topeka high and Topeka west have been rivals for ever in almost every sport but mainly football.
Wednesday night after church some friends and I had gone to get ice cream at Sunny Skies and we all rode together. We get back to the church and I leave for Kylee’s house. I got behind a small dark colored car that did not go the speed limit and was going twenty under the whole time. We get onto Harnett Central Rd and there is a long straight away passing zone so I chose to pass the car. The guy driving decides to speed up as I try to pass and a different car comes around the curve.

In Not Just a Death, a System Failure, author Barbara Morgan criticized the US health care system’s lack of palliative care, painful treatments, and unwillingness to face the end-of-life decision, which leads to many patients suffering the last part of their lives in discomfort. The author centers her argument on the anecdote about the dying of her late mother, who spent several months in the discomfort of intensive care until the time of her death. Moran’s point is one part valid since the treatments for serious diseases are dangerous, painful, and many times only focus on prolonging life rather than improving life. However, she neglected the fact that these treatments are optional, and patients are always open to spending the last part of their life away from the hospital. Treatments for serious diseases are known to have many side effects that deteriorate patents’ health.
