Every time the sun set, I began to feel ‘sick’ which was a way for me being unable to escape. This is what slowly started to allow other problems to arise. The lack of sleep did not help me function properly. My relationship with my family started to take strain; my mom and dad were getting fed up; I kept them up at night and when they went out they could never enjoy themselves with the thirty phone calls from me. Each morning at school I would run after my mom and spend every morning in the counsellor’s office.

He needed help and seeked attention from others until one day, a “do-good” counselor called his house and got him put back into the school system. Although he was very thankful for her kindness, he could not thank her, for he knew he was going to have to drop out again to help out at home. At the age of sixteen, Myers had dropped out of school again and joined a gang. He got into all kinds of trouble, and although he didn’t like it, he continued to do bad things until his parents sent him off into the army at the age of seventeen. Many people use fear to control others. For example, bosses at work use fear to control their employees to get work done or they may get fired. Similarly, teachers use fear to control their students to behave and work, and if they do not, they get in trouble. Furthermore, coaches use fear as well, to control their teams to have them practice harder or they get punished by running laps. Parents also use fear to control their kids to behave properly or they get grounded.

On my first day of kindergarten my mom took me to school. She walked me to class and stayed with me for a few minutes then she had to leave to go to work. I was okay for a little while then I started crying. I did not have my mom around and I did not have my grandmother around. My teacher let me call my mom and my mom told me “I was a big boy, I have to go to school and that everything would be ok, stop crying and that she loved me”.
Ph.D. But on the other hand, homework can decrease socialization time, create fights between parents, and cause stress.13 According to Occupy Therapy, homework decreasing socialization time is bad, because when a child is developing, it is just as important for them to have the time they need to socialize and work on those necessary skills. If the child is forced to go straight home and finish piles of homework, it disagrees with the skills of development as a teenager.14 Homework can create fights between parents because teachers were assigning homework forces a person to take an added disciplinary responsibility. The child should have the decision to come home and decide that they would rather watch television or play with friends than do their homework, it is up to the parent to lay down and expect the child to finish the homework.According to the Occupy Therapy, homework can cause stress because, a Stanford researcher found that students in high-achieving communities who spend too much time on homework experience more stress, physical health problems, a lack of balance and even alienation from society.15 In Conclusion, Homework is helpful because it increases mental abilities in classrooms, but on the other hand, children don 't get enough socialization time. The Pros of students doing homework are bringing Teachers and Students to work together, Teaches Students how to be responsible, and brings families closer together with each other. However, homework can decrease
While organizing the health immunization cards, we noticed that the health immunization cards that were in the filing cabinets were mostly students that transitioned to Middle School or have transferred to another schools.
