INTRODUCTION: This case involves the arrest of Suspect Davian Thomas for driving with a suspended license in violation of CVC 14601.1(a)-Suspended Driver 's License. INVESTIGATION: On 07-22-16, at 1701 hours, I was working uniformed patrol with Officer Harrell #3441. We were traveling east on Washington Boulevard approaching El Sereno Avenue.
I was notified at 1725 hours by Cpl C. Keene of a suicide at 12th Avenue South and 50th Street South. Upon my arrival at approximately 1759 hours, I met with Crime Scene Tech, Garman and Deputies Corbitt # 247662 and Collado # 9127. I observed a white and green Ford F150 pick up truck, parked north of the west end of 12th Ave South and west of McKay Bay Trail on a dirt and grass path. THe truck was parked facing westbound. When I looked in the vehicle, I observed in the driver’s seat, a W/M slumped to his right, wearing a green polo shirt.
On 01-02-2016 at 0200 hours I was dispatched to booking in reference to a subject with a warrant. Upon arrival I took custody of Jeremy Freeman, who dispatch advised had an active warrant through Poplar Bluff Municipal Court. On June 16, 2015, I was assisting Officer M. Rich on a suspicious activity call at Argonne Drive @ Versailles Street. Communication advised a light blue Buick with NC registration just dropped off two black male’s at the above location. Upon arrival in the area I observed a light blue Buick vehicle with a black male behind the wheel.
Please note, during the time of this incident, i was working in the capacity of a patrolman with the hollywood police department, operating a marked hollywood police vehicle with police insignia prominently displayed upon it, in full police uniform. on the above date, time, at the above location, i was dispatched to the 1700 Jefferson street, which is in the city of hollywood florida, located within the jurisdictional limits of broward county, in reference to a fight that just occurred. While en-route Dispatch advised the following; Compliant (who later wished to remain anonymous) advised two white males fighting in the middle of the roadway, at the above location. The complaint further advised the subjects are approximately one block away from the above location. Complainant further advised one of the subjects was last seen wearing a green tee shirt and blue jeans.
On March ____th, 2017 at ____ hours, I Officer Chengpor Yang from the Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Education Center (LECJEC), 9110 Brooklyn Boulevard, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota,55445, responded to the following addres; 4560 Portland and talked to Pan Dau (date of birth: 01/01/2980) who witnessed the person that was behind or the robbery that happened to Dale Burns that happened yesterday. Dua stats the following; I was gardening at my backyard, and saw Burns drive pass my house, since I live at the corner. Burns went into the alley then took a right into his driveway. After that, I notice was an white male behind Burns (super close) with a weird behavior.
Upon arrival, I stepped out with a male subject wearing red and green pants, who advised he was on his way to the kangaroo on Clay Street at Old Highway 27 to get some juice for his house. The subject stated he was coming from his house on Adams Street near Walnut Hills restaurant. Officer Maria Grady asked the subject for his name and he gave two different names. First, he said Robert Moore and then he said Robert Earl White. Officer Grady, along with Officer Matthew Barnes asked for permission to search the subject and advised to go ahead.
On 4/12/17 at 2230 hours I was monitoring traffic on the 100 block of S. Main St. A male exited his vehicle and informed there was a male walking in the middle of the road on State Route 924 near the transfer station. I went to the area and located the male walking alongside the road near the Gold Star Plaza. I pulled my patrol vehicle in front of the male and made contact with him. I asked the male if everything was ok, the male stated he was out for a walk to get away from his girlfriend. He and his girlfriend had got into an argument over money, he is having a financial hardship.
In summary, on 12/01/15 at 0151 hours Ofc. R. Sanchez #241 and I were patrolling the area of 1913 S. 59th Ct., at which time I observed a male subject walking in the street.
INVESTIGATION: On 06-30-2016, I was notified at approximately 0021 hours, of a traffic crash fatality on Bearss Avenue east of Livingston Avenue. I responded to the crash scene and arrived at approximately 00103 hours. Upon my arrival at the scene, I met with, Corporal Morrill, Detective Parsons, who forensically mapped the scene and took digital photographs of the crash scene and Deputy Moraniec. Deputy Moraniec completed the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicle Traffic Crash Report (6560901). I conducted an interview of Anthony Walter Chavez, the driver of the Lincoln Navigator.

On 06-05-2016 at 1143 hours I was dispatched to 2525 Barron Road in reference to a subject in the road yelling. Upon my arrival in the area I located Danny Wilson in the back yard of 2525 Barron Road spraying himself with a water hose. Wilson was acting irate and appeared to be under the influence of narcotics. Wilson was asked multiple times what kind of drugs he had used and he advised marijuana and methamphetamine. Wilson was complaining it was extremely hot and was spraying himself with water and was advising people where chading him.
