On 07/15/2017, members of the Little Rock Police Department Downtown Division arrested Zachary Hicks, W/M, DOB: 10/07/1986, at 6100 Mitchell Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Hicks was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Loitering. Mr. Hicks was transported to the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility and held in lieu of bond. Mr. Hicks was assigned Street Narcotics Suspect #2017-SN-459, in reference to this incident. Little Rock Police Department Incident #2017-086001 was generated in relation to this incident.
On 6-25-15 the suspect, Matthew Rutledge, was arrested for possession of stolen property, 496(a) PC, and possession of an access card with intent to use, 484 E (D) PC. On 01/23/2016, at approximately 1428 hours, your affiant was on routine patrol travelling north on State Route 924 (North Main Street). Your affiant observed a black Subaru station wagon travelling south on State Route 924 approaching a steady red traffic signal located at the intersection of Main and Coal Streets. The operator of the Subaru continued through the intersection and travelled through the steady red light. Your affiant activated the emergency lights and conducted a vehicle stop on the unit block of North Main Street.
On 06/14/2017 around 1750 hours, I, Officer Burkes, responded to a report of a suspicious person knocking on a door at 1504 Homestead Blvd. The caller stated that a white male was bleeding all over her door and asking her to call 911. When I arrived on scene, I noticed a white male, later identified as Alex Schesny, sitting between the screen door and steele door. I asked Alex to get up and walk out to the back of my patrol car. He has been before this court multiple times; however, he was only on probation for a trespassing charge from March 30, 2014 to September 10, 2014. It has been reported that Raewkon was recently admitted at Maryview Behavioral Health care for a three day evaluation. He had several psychological evaluations conducted and has been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Mood Disorder, Conduct Disorder, and Impulsive Disorder. He is currently prescribed Vyvance (20 mg); however, he refuses to take it stating it makes him nervous and “feels too high” when he takes it. On 05/06/17, at 11:43am, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 523 S Wayne Ave on a dog on dog or cat attack, no known owner. I arrived at the location and was met by Columbus Division of Police (CPD) and complainant Raquel Fuentes. I asked what happened; Ms. Fuentes stated that she was taken part in a community event by assisting with neighborhood clean-up with her dog (small white terrier) when a brown/white Pit Bull came out of nowhere and proceeded to attack her dog. With the assistance of passerby they were able to get the brown/white Pit Bull away from Ms. Fuentes dog. A unknown African American male came to the location and retrieve the Pit Bull and carried it away in unknown direction. CPD was contacted and patrol the
On Sunday, March 12, 2017 at approximately 12:07p.m, Client Joseph Dorsey was shot while leaving the Talbert House Spring Grove facility. Mr. Dorsey was leaving the facility at 12:07 on approved movement, after Mr. Dorsey left the facility he headed north on Avon St. where allegedly his assailants were waiting on him and shots were fired. Mr. Dorsey, was injured as a result of being the targeted victim in the incident, and was shot twice. Mr. Dorsey received one wound to the shoulder and one wound in the abdomen area.
