INTRODUCTION
Motivation plays an important role in increasing overall productivity of the organization. Many organizations invest heavily in increasing their tangible assets but they often overlook their intangible assets- their human resources which is as important for the functioning of the organization as other resources. It is with constant motivation that people work out of their comfort zone for their organization and help their organization to achieve greater heights and overall recognition.

It commenced its operations in the year 1985. It is administered and run by the members belonging to the tribal community. It is currently active in 10 districts of Rajasthan- Chittorgarh, Dungarpur, Jalore, Jodhpur, Karoli, Pali, Sawai-Madhopur, Sirohi, Tonk and Udaipur are the above mentioned ten districts. The villages that come under these districts are very backward and lacks development.
GMKS has implemented various developmental programs in as many as such backward villages possible with the help and assistance from not less than 45 community-based organizations. Around one million people from these districts directly or indirectly are benefited by the services of the society, which now has a strong community relation and base in about 800 villages. Since 1985, GMKS has been working determinately and contributing hugely to all round development of the tribal areas of all these ten districts, especially Udaipur. The volunteers and staff members of GMKS along with the community-based network organizations have dedicatedly worked hard in implementing the socio-beneficial
