When most people think of gardening they think off an elderly person with a flower bed and maybe some vegetables, but what people fail to see is gardening actually has many positive impacts on health for the elderly as well as younger generations, it can also positively impact the environment being tremendously damaged by global warming, and even has the opportunity to create jobs.

And it can make cities look more aesthetically pleasing by breaking up the constant concrete. For people that don’t have space for a garden there can be different methods of gardening such as green roofs, it is especially beneficial to older people. Helping to combat many problems and issues that arise with aging.
