Kazakh culture is one of the main indicators of the history, development and wealth of Kazakh nation. It includes several components, such as family structure, religion, arts, language, education and gender inequality. Nowadays Kazakhstan occupies the 66th place among 138 countries that have a large index of inequality between men and women. However, in 2000 Kazakhstan adopted a declaration on gender equality, where women have had their power and their rights, which was declared in the Millennium Declaration of the United Nations. In most cases, gender inequality in Kazakh culture manifests itself in many aspects of life, such as the ratio of the house, at work and educational facilities. In those days, Kazakh women generally do not learn, for many considerable reasons. Firstly, it was considered that they did not need to learn, receive higher education or get a good job. This is due to the husband was the basis and the only employee in the family. Secondly, there used to be very few schools for girls, which was the main cause of illiteracy. Finally, development and training depends on the awareness of the value of the knowledge of girls. According to numerous examples can be seen in the fact that the in Soviet era there were a few women, who are great writers, scientists, governments and other high salary professionals. Although, nowadays Kazakh Girl received the same knowledge as the boys. Moreover, governments began to build more schools for girls, compared with that period. The involvement of female students at all levels of education (aged from 6 to 24) makes up 81.1%, while of male students – 70.9%. The share of men without a general secondary education is twice that of women. Women constitute 99.8% of the employees in the system of elementary professional education in such service sphere specialties as an administrative assistant, seamstress, cook, hairdresser, etc. A clear example of this is the situation in Nazarbayev University, where some schools have more Kazakh female students than boys. Due to the fact that Kazakhstan legislative and local representative bodies ahead of the numbers of women legislative structures of the parliaments of the world said Deputy Chairman of the National Commission for Women Affairs, Family and Demographic Policy under the President of Kazakhstan, Majilis. At the legislative level were enshrined the rights of our women to decent working conditions. The proportion of women employed in business today has exceeded 50%. Kazakhstani women 's contribution to GDP in 2013 was 39.3%, and it is about 92.7 billion dollars. Therefore, it is the significant improvement at women rights and opportunities at work conditions. To draw the conclusion, one can say that the attitude towards gender inequality in Kazakh culture became much seriously before the Soviet era. Obviously, Kazakh women have high salary jobs, higher education, chooses, constitutional rights and other opportunities. On the other hand, gender inequality there is and always will have.
