George Washington was born on february 22, 1732. George Washington was a leader of the continental army and was the first president of the U.S.A. He served as the president from 1789-1797.He died on dec.14,1799.Washington rose to colonel during the french and indian war. The ohio valley was occupied by the french military.The french and british were at peace in 1750.The french attacked Washington.Washington had four bullet holes in his cloak and two horses shot out from under him. He declined $25,000 salary congress offered the office of the presidency.
