Introduction
Education is a platform to communicate and empower children at an early age to enable them to go further professionally and achieve academically. In the field of academia, there are many variations of definitions, but it is generally observed as a benchmark of academic progress; it is sometimes called proficiency and may be quantified in several ways, such as exams and test scores, which can be measured in a variety of subject areas, but is most often studied in the areas of reading and math, in that students musts develop these character traits if they are to become successful adults. Accordingly, a student is given feedback in the form of grades and teacher comments; therefore, within the development stage they should have the ability to fully develop the internal character traits needed to successfully take charge of their futures.

It is an approach that builds respectful teacher : student relationships by providing quality education in managing and changing students with behaviour problems in a non-coercive, assertive, non-judgmental and non-confrontational way. The application of Choice Theory in school promotes accountability and responsibility of students and direct educators to alternative strategies for managing classroom problems which is less time consuming thus providing more time for teaching students instead of time wasted in enforcing punishment and resources wasted in using rewards to maintain discipline. Describe the role of situational and dispositional factors in explaining behavior The roles of situational and dispositional factors in explaining behavior could be explained using the attribution theory where attribution is the process of interpreting and explaining behavior and how people try to use these factors to do this . Situational factors refer to external influences such as who you surround yourself with, social norms, the situation and the weather while dispositional factors are about internal factors such as your personality, attitude and beliefs . In explaining behavior these factors can either be combined as one explanation or used separately to determine the cause of one’s actions.
The English Oxford dictionary defines freedom as “The power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants.” This definition is partially true while these are the qualities of freedom, we can only have these rights as long as we don’t interfere with another's freedom. Singer's theory of preference utilitarianism rests on the idea that everyone's preferences should be looked at equally. So making a bad decision is never fun. I’d like to think that most of us prefer not to make them but can’t help to sometimes because we think a bad decision isn’t that bad. It might even be a good one in the right mind set. The point of this paper being to reflect on a pass choice looking at it with the elements of critical thinking. My bad decision is one I think most are guilty of, waiting until the last minute on something important.

Due to indiscipline situation students arrive late for class, are not punctual for the classes or simply bunk classes as the class is not very interesting or rather as a teacher we are unable to create interest in the class .This may be a result of lack of lesson planning .At times effective management of time is also overlooked. Non verbal cues like body language and communication skills also play a major role in making the class effective. Problems of Classroom Management can be overcome by being prepared for class, motivating the students, providing a comfortable learning environment, building students’ self esteem, being creative and imaginative in daily lessons. A teacher should not carry personal problems to the class by being impulsive.
A child is struggling to learn at his/ school. He is more of a visual learner, like learning with pictures and shapes in front of him. His school, however, does not have the power and funding to do such things for him, which leaves him struggling and get bad grades. Now, why does he have to struggle in a school system which can’t even support his learning style?
