corresponding changes in the climate and that may result from the greenhouse effect. Global Warming is primarily problem of too much Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere. Carbon Dioxide acts as a blanket that traps heat and warming the planet. The creation of energy by burning fossil fuels like Coal, Oil and Natural gases it also the cause of global warming. Deforestation to create pastures and plantations carbon accumates and overloads our atmosphere. Poor Waste management and agricultural practices aggravate the problem by releasing other potent global warming gases like methane, nitrous oxide etc. The greenhouse effect is a natural process that warms the earth’s surface. The greenhouse effect is when sun’s energy reaches the earth’s atmosphere, some of it is reflected back to space and the rest is absorbed and radiated by greenhouse. Greenhouse gases include Water Vapour, Carbon Dioxide, Methane, Nitrous Oxide, Ozone and some artificial chemicals such as Chlorofluorocarbons. Solar radiation reaches the earth’s atmosphere where some of this is light reflected back into space; The rest of the sun’s energy is absorbed by land and the oceans heating earth; Heat radiates from the earth towards space; Some of this heat is trapped by Greenhouse gases in the atmosphere keeping the earth warm enough to sustain life; Human activities such as burning fuels, Agricultural and Land clearing are increasing the amount of greenhouse gases released into atmosphere and
