I. Introduction Water is one of an essential element in the ecosystems. All living things rely on water and it covers 70% of our planet. It’s vital to maintain health, produce food, produce energy, manage the environment, and create jobs. Many people believe that water recourses are endless, which is not true. Imagination is enough to show our life without water. (Morris M. E., 1998)
Unfortunately, there is a serious global issue we are going through it, which is dwindling natural resources such as water. Dwindling resources are the quantity of natural resources such as water, animals, coal, gas, oil and plants are decreeing daily. This issues could be the reason for ending the life of more than one million people in the whole world. ECSSR 2013 states that many countries use water daily for development activities, which effect in water resources. ( ECSSR, 2013)

The United Arab Emirates is a good example for development and urbanization because of transforming the desert into green land. (Trade Arabia reporter, n.d). Villa, hospitals, schools, universities, colleges and technologies are the indication of urbanization and development in the United Arab Emirates. (Morris M. E., 1998) Globalization is the tendency of businesses, technologies, to spread throughout the world. Globalization and development create employment opportunities, exchange culture and increase number of tourism which is good for countries economy and GDP growth. It is an indication that globalization, urbanization, and development are playing a key role in increase the water demand for next years.
