In this work, I have used GNAT Aircraft Engine (Bristol Siddeley Orpheus) Turbine blade material which is made up of Nickel-Chromium. In Indian Army (IAF – Indian Air Force) this aircraft has a nick name which is used to call as ‘Sabre Slayer’. Primary users of GNAT 1. Royal Air Force 2. Indian Air force 3. Finnish Air Force GNAT was a British all metal fighter and trainer aircraft designed by Folland group considered to be small and economical, still capable of possess high performance. It was derived from the even-more-tiny Fo.139 Midge prototype, the Gnat possessed outstanding performance features, which includes a 10,000 foot-per-minute climb rate, and a roll rate even more than 360 degrees per second. The prototype first flew in the year of1955, when it demonstrated performance was impressive enough to make warrant the manufacture of six test aircraft for the Ministry of Supply. These aircraft were used in a variety of configurations, such as military configuration includes that the fitting of one with two 30mm cannon to test the aircraft's effectiveness in the ground attack role. However, the British government subsequently lost interest in the GNAT as a possible fighter, deciding instead to employ it as an advanced two-place trainer.
