Good Attitude First, we all know or have seen people that we consider to be great motivators. Leaders should know how to motivate others. Thus, motivation of others is to help a leader to be success. Therefore, leadership is not having a good performance, but in accomplishment leading towards in a society. In order to achieve a successful leadership, a leader should possess certain essential skills. People with high affiliation needs work well with others and may be motivated by the interaction (McClleland, 1975). On the other hand, a leader has a passion to his/her work leading in the society. To maintain the right action, a leader must identify the perspective of the people about discipline. Disciplinary policies are in place to serve as a guide to an orderly conduct in the work place in order to achieve the organization goal (Gatchalian & Lumiqued, 2005). In addition, making right decision will make the difference between success and failure. The reason to keep discipline is to safety of everyone. Discipline is the desire to do what is right. Furthermore, discipline gives the confidence to act correctly and properly. According to Kouzes & Posner (1993), the executive models personal traits such as integrity, honesty and trustworthiness, traits that long have been known to characterize effective leaders. Without trust, people become self-protective and controlling. Similarly, when there is low trust, people are likely to distort, ignore, and disguise facts, ideas, and feelings. People become suspicious and unreceptive. A trusting relationship between leader and constituents is essential to getting extraordinarily things done (Rosenbach & Taylor, 1993). Social Responsibilities The other qualities of a leader should be action-oriented. The duty of a leader is to encourage and raise the standard of people and always remember the tasks. On the other hand, a leader cannot do every work alone, so a leader should approach needs to help others for doing all the works. Otherwise, the responsibility of a leader is to support work environment and develop self-relationship. Take for instance, when a leader has a plan of developing a medical mission, the people should support the medical mission for the sake of all. However, leaders should help themselves and others to do the responsibilities. Yet, while leaders do the responsibilities, they must know the management skills.
