Perspective 3 states that “The best solutions for society’s problems always come from individuals, not governments. Governments lack the creativity and drive necessary to tackle major problems successfully”. In major countries such as the United States of America, the government does its best to work with the people and solve major issues, but things never seem to get done. In other nations that may not be as large and structured as the United States of America, the leaders and other people in charge are sometimes corrupt and there is nobody to stop them. While it may be hard for individuals to solve large issues without the government trying to step in, things at least get done more quickly. For example, a common issue in the world today is poverty. People throughout communities help raise money, food, and other items for those in need. Governments cannot do much because they tend to not be as local, and local governments only have so much money. Individuals throughout a community can do much more locally than a government can.

People cannot do much to affect another country. I do feel that people in a community can do more to solve a matter than a government in a community. Governments with resources are too large to get much done with their resources locally. Governments should handle ordeals with other governments but individuals should help their local government solve problems in communities. Local governments need to exist but people should also volunteer to help with issues in their community. I think that this could help get more done. Local governments are good for police forces and justice for criminals but are not as capable as individuals for helping those in
