It is an honor for me to be invited to join such an exclusive society of distinguished people. I am excited about being part of the National Honor Society in view of the limitless opportunities and the strong support system it represents for me. I consider myself a scholar, by reason of the fact that I thrive to excel in my academics and accomplish my best in any achievable way. Through my years as a student I have worked on helping my classmates and my community in any way I possibly can. By offering equine therapy to participating in the climate reality project I have demonstrated leadership and service to my community.
I am sincerely honoured and appreciative that I have been selected as a possible recipient of the Schulich Leader Scholarship. Becoming a great leader takes time and experience to cultivate. It means creating a path forward inspiring myself and others to be the best they can be. I believe that I would be an excellent Schulich Leader because I want to make a difference by helping others. With the resources that would be provided to me by being a Schulich leader, I would be able to help others to the maximum of my abilities.
Mrs. Fehrman, I've always taken joy in being a leader. Having the ability to help guide someone in the right direction intrigues me. That's why I would love to have a leadership position in National Junior Honors Society. I'm specifically interested in being the president, but if I don't get it, I would love to fill another position. I promise that if given the opportunity, I will be a responsible, honest, creative, committed, positive, and productive leader.
You probably guessed this goal because of course one of their goals was to create a airplane. So now you know some of the goals the Wright Brothers had. So now you know why I choose the Wright Brothers so they are so amazing. They were so important to our everyday lives.
Have ever felt pure jubilation? Well I have! All because of 4-H! I think people should join 4-H because it’s a great learning experience, 4-H can help you get a job, help you get into a college or university, you can get a scholarship, great way to be social, and great opportunity to interact with
Each year the yearbook staff spends a lot of time determining who we will dedicate the yearbook to. This person is recognized as having a positive effect on our school district. There were so many wonderful people mentioned and although it was a hard we decision we found someone who shined above everyone else. This year we would like to dedicate this yearbook to someone who has changed many lives and to someone many people still come back to see.
It is even better when I know my Grandpa is right behind me. I have been skiing with him since the first time I strapped on a board. He loves every bit of it just as much as I do and that
Mr. Abraham Lincoln: Dear Mister President, Allow me to start by saying thank you for permitting me to be a guest at your second inauguration. It was one of the greatest experiences. I was extremely elated. It has always been a dream of mine to compose a speech for you and to hear you speak was the ultimate honor.
To begin, I feel that I am a dedicated student and that being so, I believe that I am a great candidate for becoming a part of the NHS program. And because of even being considered for a role in this program I feel very dignified. As well as, to hope that soon enough I will be a member of NHS. Furthermore, one of the qualities that I possess that is very important to this organization and myself is scholarship.
Austin Rygh Stewart English 101 Sexton Hall Room # 3003 The Wonders of Skiing Skiing is my favorite sport due to the intense workout it gives me, the social aspect of it, and how it brings people out in nature during the winter months. I grew up skiing in the mountains of McCall, Idaho. Skiing has always been second nature for me and whenever I am shredding down the slopes I feel at home.
I recognize the National Junior Honor Society as a prestige group that contains members who excel at demonstrating Scholarship, Service, Citizenship, Character, and Leadership. They prove to have many advantages, a highly beneficial one being the experience in such an honorable organization. It would be a great honor to be inducted into NJHS, as it would not only benefit myself but the club. I have been told frequently that I surpass average at demonstrating scholarship.
Rose Bud Veteran’s Memorial Thank you for up-dating me on the Rose Bud Veteran’s Memorial project. Yes! I am “interested in continuing to help” and would appreciate notices concerning future Fund Raising Events. I trust that funds are marching strongly toward the goal.
With my years of professional experience, along with my undergraduate education, I feel I have a great deal of knowledge and information to contribute the Elliott School, as well as my future classmates. In short, I would like to thank you for your time and consideration. I have no doubt that if you approve my application for admission that you will be as pleased with your decision as I will
My junior year, I was awarded the outstanding junior award. I received this award for active participation, meeting attendance, and overall class grades. I was so excited and felt so proud to get this award. As a senior, it was time to give up my office to a younger FFA member who could fill the position after I graduated. We do this at our annual chapter banquet where awards are given, and scholarships are given.
I would be honored to be able to contribute to the National Honor Society if given the chance to take part in such a prestigious organization. Ever since I was in elementary school, I have driven myself to achieve knowledge with all the effort that I could muster. This drive is why I want to be a member of the National Honor Society; I believe that the organization will help to encourage my desire for scholarship by developing my leadership skills. I yearn to have a more positive impact on the people in my life, in my community, and in society in general. I believe that the organization will provide me with a better chance to achieve that goal by presenting me with more opportunities to help out in the school and community.
