Target Market
Our company is having the target to sell the products to SDM College of Engineering staff and students. But in the course of sales activities we got an opportunity to sell the products during holidays and working days to friends and relatives.

Positioning
GLPL will position its products with brand quality, by using the good quality materials and selling them at reasonable price. Our product will gain standard position in the minds of customer, by adding better quality and this can be gifted to any person.
Marketing mix
• Product:
Our product is made of used recyclable plastic bottles and it can be used as decorative item also. Our product can be used to keep flowers fresh for longer period.

• Price:
We have fixed the price of the product according to the mark-up pricing method By considering the cost of materials and transportation cost incurred in preparing the products we fixed the price.

I’m pleased to report my personal experience about our business. I worked as the CEO of the company. Co-ordinated with other members in reaching target. We five of my friends took this project to gain practical knowledge in marketing. This project gave me a nice experience. I went to sell the products personally to customers.
I worked in team to make our business run smoothly. I learned many marketing concept under the guidance of Professor Mahesh Vanjeri, How business goes, how to reach the customer, how to meet the customer demand. He guided us very well and also we enjoyed very much. I thank him giving such opportunity for us.

Sampada S Dabgar:
I am Sampada, worked as finance manager. Project report was submitted to me. I have defined what will be the overall cost for the project, for 4 business cycles taking the output figures given by the sales team. After that I prepared budgeting then I came to know how much profits we made. It was the good experience to be part of the project.
Hence I think that this experience of mine will be more useful for my upcoming projects.
