History- The history of Greenery goes back to year 1965 when Greenery UK was established. The company, then was known as Superior International Limited. A few years later it was acquired by the Dutch group Van Dijk.
In 1997, Superior was relocated in Tharpston, Northamptonshire to a new purpose built state of the art packing facility. In this facility a number of loose products were imported in bulk and then packed before they reached the customers.
Next year, in 1998 the Dutch company Van Dijk group was bought by the Greenery International. At the same time another Dutch company Waling Van Geest and Disselkoen merged into Greenery UK.
By 2001, the company started trading with the name of Greenery Superior and went on to acquire new businesses. …show more content…

From its new place, the company has been managing since then. The company imports ready packed produce to supermarkets and stores and also offers a sales and marketing office.
In 2009, the Greenery UK joined British Tomato Growers Association in an attempt to highlight its commitment to UK growers.

Self-managed learning is the way through an individual find different ways to learn new things. It is also about setting out goals and find ways to achieve those goals.
Through this, people manage their learning by themselves and use it to the benefits. They can take the responsibility for their learnings and their goals.
This takes away the dependence on the other human resource. Because an individual learn to manage his capabilities, goals and learning by self, it enhances the lifelong development as with this he can always keep learning and improve. There is no need to be reliant on the other factors.

Be able to take responsibility for own personal and professional development
Self-managed learning helps an individual to be responsible for his own personal and professional development. Any organization try to make sure that their objectives are met and it is easier when an individual is able to take responsibility for his own development and as finishes the reliance on other human resource resulting in better use of all the human resources.

I possess various skills such as writing skills, researching skills and listening skills. These skills can be used in collaboration for the benefit of the organization and its objectives. Also an organization required an individual to possess leadership and managing skills. Time management skills are helpful for the organization to achieve its objective within the time frame.
