A person is shaped by the values that are instilled in them, the way in which an individual grows up moulds the type of person they will become in the future. Each individual encounters different challenges and obstacles in their lifetime, this helps a person to grow through these experiences and develop more mature views of the micro, meso and macro world. These challenges can form in level such as society, culture within the environment and time. As an individual grows they are constantly changing physically, mentally and emotionally. My family and location have had a major influence on the type of person I am, but my peers and schooling have also had a big impact on how I have adapted to things while growing up. Growing up in both the Thailand and Australian environment has shaped the way that I perceive things around me. Having grown up in these two culture has shaped me to be a respectful, hardworking, laid back yet persistent as a result of my family. Being raised up in a very accepting environment has helped me to see situations from different views and aspects. Since I lived overseas for the first 7-8 years of my life I have been exposed to different things such as the different types of teaching over seas in Thailand. In Thailand there are classes for each year since It was a small town and would teach as normal but the rules there are more stick in the way they taught things, but they didn’t have a uniform policy.
