The Mexican cartel first started in the 60s and 70s with the Guadalajara cartel. The Guadalajara cartel got into some issue in the mid-1980s by kidnapping, torturing and murdering a U.S DEA agent Enrique Camarena. This event made the U.S government energized and focused on the Guadalajara cartel, which then led them to arrest and break up the Guadalajara cartel after the U.S government broke up the Guadalajara cartels leader Miguel Angel Felix Gallardo aka El Padrino or The Godfather divided his turf and fiefdom into various sectors. In 1989 Seven months after taking office veteran drug warrior George H.W. Bush made his first televised addressed to the nation “All of us agree that the gravest domestic threat facing our nation today is drugs”.
She was known as "La Madrina", "The Black Widow", and "The Cocaine Godmother" (Halperin). As a little girl, she was raised by an abusive mother, her upbringing caused her to turn to crime. From there on was no longer a little girl. "Her and two friends kidnapped a 10-year-old boy to get a ransom, her friends handed her a gun and she shot him between the eyes." (Gonzales).
United States (1964). The accused, Winston Massiah was arrested on federal narcotics charges after he had been found to be in possession of narcotics and working to import and sell the narcotics aboard a United States vessel to which he worked upon. Upon his arrest he obtained an attorney, plead not guilty to the narcotics charges and was released on bail. Jesse Colson, another man facing similar charges, after agreeing to cooperate with the authorities, worked to help authorities and lessen his charges. Colson aided federal law enforcement by obtaining incriminating statements from Massiah through the aid of a recording device.
For almost a decade, Manuel Noriega was the face of the corrupt and notorious Panamanian government, earning him the title of the “strongman of Panama”. Early in his career, he was considered to be an ally of the United States as he provided valuable assistance to the country as an informant for the C.I.A. Later on, however, Noriega became an enemy of America due to his illegal dealing with drugs. In 1989, the United States government drove him out of Panama which ended his control of the country’s puppet government. They called him innocent and they hinted at an assassination conspiracy that involved the United States government and possibly the military. The FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover was always trying to catch Dr. King doing something wrong. He thought Dr. King was under the communist’s influence. For the last six years of Dr. King’s life, he was always under constant wiretapping and harassed by the FBI before his death, Dr. King was also monitored by United States military intelligence. They may have been tasked to watch Dr. King after he denounced the Vietnam War in 1967.
This was also the beginning of his ambition turning into him killing people to keep what he truly desires. Pablo like Macbeth turned his ambition quickly into murder. For Pablo to become the number one person in the cocaine trafficking he had to kill the man that was above him, “In 1975, Medellin drug trafficker Fabio Restrepo was murdered”(Pablo). This killing was thought to be ordered by Pablo himself but unlike Macbeth he did not commit this murder himself. He was not satisfied with his position in the drug
for drugs and cocaine and the potential profits to be made, drug cartels have been battling violently with each other for control of territory in Mexico. And since December 2006, the Mexican government, itself, has been battling with the cartels and drug traffickers (CNN). Mexican President Felipe Calderon “launched a war on the cartels”. “The new president promised that an increasingly violent Mexico would at last become a nation of laws” (Corchado). His method was somewhat successful.
Ron Stone, a police drug informant disappeared on January 22nd 1977 only for his body to be found two months later on the banks of River Stanislaus, miles from Sonora. The victim had been working as a drug informant for narcotic detectives. His main duty was to set up Christopher Towler by introducing him to two undercover agents who would arrest him as he tried to sell them cocaine. The set up was successful and Towler was arrested and convicted on charges of selling cocaine. In the course of his trial and before his conviction, Towler had expressed his hatred for snitches and the fact that he believed that they should be killed.

This amendment has been a part of the U.S. Constitution since 1791. However, it was not until the 1960s that law enforcement were forced to really take this Constitutional Right seriously. Just like many other voyages Francisco’s was a failure, nevertheless he did find some major landmarks. Francisco was born on 1510 and died in 1554. Francisco’s death place was in New Mexico, cause of death was an infectious disease. First of all Francisco was born on 1510, he married a woman named Beatriz.
“ El Senor De Los Cielos” as many may know Amado Carrillo Fuentes. He was known as the Lord of the Skies because of his method of transporting drugs. He would transport drugs using jets all around the world. He was in charge of the Juarez Cartel for just a couple months, but in the short amount of time he got control of this cartel he was becoming more powerful. Amado wanted to become more in life.
