Executive summary
Lacquer work that is locally known as “Laajehun”, is made from a combination of the juice of trees. Lacquer work has been used to decorate the interior of buildings, and to display the artistry of local craftsmen. In this regard, Lacquer work is used on mostly wood as a coating to prevent it from the weather and to maintain quality of wood for long periods of time (National handicraft center, n.d.).
As people keeping changing the standards of their living day by day, people tend to keep their houses well decorated. Therefore buying of products that are related to decoration seems very high now a days.

They used to sell enough range of handcraft products throughout the world. They used to give a good service by taking online payment and posting it to customers. As many customers, such as foreigners who find difficult to come to Maldives are also able to get these products online. As hadhiya group sell these products including Maldives and abroad in different ways, they are able to gain a good market from it. Making goals and objectives for the strategies
Making goals would be very essential while implementing the strategic plan. As we should know that where we going what we would like to achieve in the future would be very important in implementing the strategies. When we have goals and let the staffs know about what we want to achieve they would know what to do and what not to do as so and so would affect for the objectives and goals. Suppose if AMH would like to increase the sales to 20percentage at the end of the month, they could let the staffs know about it and tell them what they need to do to achieve it.
