People face arduous situations in their life at some point or another. Sometimes we do not know how to cope with hardships and inundating situations in our life. To surmount these obstacles one has to be resolute and assiduous to move forward to achieve their pre-set goals. Many great people have surmounted difficulties with the avail of their inner vigor. Going through difficulties and struggles develops inner vigor. My experiences of hardships and struggles additionally made me vigorous and confident. Leading up to this point I had never genuinely experienced any hardships before, so all of this was incipient to me.I was shocked at how God used everything in my life for good, breaking my arm was a step to change my heart and reveal himself to me. Hope makes me socially connected. Hope avails to acclimate to situations and overcome adversity. To remain hopeful one should be connected to the community formally or informally. By being spiritual one can remain hopeful. Hope can come to one another, from other human beings. But most importantly hope comes from God. In times of adversities other people can avail to comprehend hope. Definitely hope makes a difference in the life of all human beings. According to what is hoped our life will be affected. It has been observed that hope makes one deport in a salubrious manner and is essential for all human beings no matter who I am. I need the hope of God 's existence without it my life we never seem to be complete or accomplished. Through, God’s word I have managed to change my life towards the right direction. Hope is “God’s greatest gift to us, the bedrock of this nation.” Without hope, we probably would not be where we are at this moment. This country was created by settlers who hoped to create a nation of freedom and independence by traveling without knowing the consequences, and the only thing they had by their side was their belief in God. In early American history, Europeans fled to the New World, now known as North America, hoping to escape the religious persecution in their own country.
Life is a short four lettered word which blows in the wind and silences everyone at once when it finally ends. What keeps you holding on is your faith; faith that things will get better and they do indeed. Your faith is what keep holding on which ties into your religion; moreover, the God(s) you believe in. Furthermore, everyone has pressured events in life which changes them for the best or worst; moreover, these events change our course of life and ] affect our future.
The word “Hope” originated around 900 A.D. and defines as, “a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen.” When asked, high school students described hope as a new beginning or a light at the end of the tunnel. The “light at the end of the tunnel” varies among who is asked. For high school seniors it could possibly be graduation; for a struggling family it could be a paycheck at the end of the week; for a sick and hurting patient, it could be the top of the hour when their medicine is readily available. Hope comes in different forms.

First, BTB allows me to serve as a mentor, encouraging and aiding men who seek the same success I was desperate to find. By helping them, I also give back to the community. In addition, BTB empowers me to share my faith in a practical way, showing others the key that has changed my life. Moreover, helping others has enriched my own life.
Part D: Development as a Psychologist This internal practical internship offered me an opportunity to focus on using the knowledge and skills acquired during the related courses on behavior training with children and cognitive behavior therapy with adolescents to practice my therapeutic work as a child and adolescent psychologist and a chance to see how psychological therapies (behavior training and cognitive behavior therapy) could be delivered in different settings. At first, I found it challenging to work independently and decide what to do and when to do it. My educational journey has been an experience I will remember. I have attended school in three different countries, Antigua, St. Thomas, and New York. A diverse educational experience has allowed me to interact with many different cultures and confront many of the different topics we discussed in class. At that time however, I was not fully aware of the implications of certain situation but after many readings I can now fully understand many of the experiences I encountered in my journey. All the information I have learned in this class however will bring all my experience together where I can make much more sense of it than I could when I was younger.
Positivity in life clears our stressful minds to think better. Thinking better makes you a better person. So love; it is the fuel for a better life ( “Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage”.
I have always hated writing about myself, and I always dreaded assignments in school where I had to describe myself. I always wanted to avoid doing these assignments because I did not want to sound narcissistic, or self-absorbed. I dislike people like that now, because I used to be one of those people. It took many lessons learned before I humbled myself; I am still learning to humble myself today with recent experiences I have had. Although I hate to write about myself, I have always liked to reflect on myself.
