Certainly there are already embedded in our thinking about the race riots that occurred on 13 May 1969 that occurred in our country. At that time, all leaders and people have tried to end the problem. So, all the people in the country should adopt the concept of unity of races.Even with the unity of races also can guarantee peace in the country. This is so because, a United society could live to each other and to respect other races in line with Malaysia 's foreign policy enacted after World War II, it is thus able to guarantee the peace.For example , the Chinese respect the customs and culture of the Malays and Indians . Many people have mixed opinions on required reading. Some may enjoy it while others tend to despise it. Required reading is normalized in today’s society, and many teachers assign novels for the whole class to read. If a student is uninterested in the novel, they won’t be as motivated to do work in school, so choosing the right book is important. It is necessary for students to be able to relate or find some sort of connection to the story or character being talked about.
The Diversity University event was not what I expected it to be. In fact, I had no idea what it was about at all. I literally went around campus to see if anything exciting was going on.
