The teaching tolerance website was easy to explore and once you open the website you will find different hate crime-related subjects. Some of the couple subjects were bullying, civil rights, and immigration. There are not complete articles on the website but rather abstracts of stories that were written in books. Most of these curricula only give you an abstract of what the author wrote, they give you an idea of what the story is about and if you are interested in the story you must buy the book, CD, or DVD in order to listen or write the complete story. There are a few curricula on the website that gives you a PDF of the story, in some of these stories they also provide a video highlighting the story. As discussed in the book, relatively few antigay hate crimes get reported to police even though official data imply that gays are one of the primary victims of hate crimes. LGBT people are targeted at high rates because it is not too easy for society to accept sexual relationships between people of the same sex. The curricula provide a PDF with lots of important information about bullying but it lacks statistical data that can show the percentages of individuals who experience bullying and any other type of information regarding the consequences that bullying can have on the victim. Another subject that was really interesting on this website was the “One Survivor Remembers” the story of a holocaust survivor. The Holocaust has been one of the most tragic events in history. It perpetrated by the Nazi soldiers under the command of Hitler. The Holocaust was a hateful act against the Jewish community that ended the lives of millions of Jews. The story is very powerful because it talks about a young Jewish female who lost all her family during the
