However there are restrictions regarding your comments. One cannot speak of false accusation or insult another without proper evidence. This is not freedom, this is a hate speech that must be dealt with care. We sink within our option to choose freely of our wisdom. At the same time, we are tied from our society. India is known as for having largest democracy in the world. We have rights and duties that we cherish. Unlike most of the country don't have freedom to choose or defend their rights. In the middle east there are dreadful looses and hopes being crushed. Innocent children are being killed every day. Wife's are being raped. Son's are given guns and daughter are forced to have intercourse. It's our fault for ignoring responsibilities. Our race is not perfect, however it doesn't mean we are weak. We should not get freedom for not being in the right country. We all equal no matter what our background is from. We must change our self priority and listen to what is important. Intolerance and oppression have confronted humans as far as history has been recorded. It dates back as far as 18500 BC. Jews, homosexuals, muslims, gypsies, women, prisoners of war, disabled, Africans, these and more religious and ethnic have been suppressed one time or another throughout history. By examining history, all the horrendous acts of intolerance against humans shows all the areas of oppression still active today and the pattern of methods used to oppress people. The Israelites in Egypt forced to be slaves is one of the oldest examples of oppression we have today.

Hate speech is speech that is used to verbally assault a single individual or a group of people based on their race, religion, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, disability, or gender. While some countries such as France, Canada, Chile, Germany, etc. have passed laws in an attempt to combat or minimize hate speech, the United States guarantees full protection of hate speech under the First Amendment. The First Amendment, which was ratified in 1789 and adopted in 1791, essentially forbids Congress to create any laws curtailing the freedom of speech, freedom of press, or the right of citizens to peaceably assemble and seek assistance from the Government for a redress of grievances. Since the adoption of the First Amendment, Americans have consciously, continuously, and contentedly exercised their right.
