Off we go in our little green bus, all I see are lovely friends and unknown younglings. Minute by minute we slowly greet each other, then moments later we begin to prattle about how life has treated each and everyone of us.

Raylin told Layla to leave Daylin alone but she did not listen so on our way to Havasu falls Layla and Raylin are not getting along.
Which makes all of us uncomfortable around them both because we do not want them to lose their temper.
Raylin rarely runs into our rugged conversations about our riot that we carry around. Layla loves to see the tempur of lovely, lost faces.

When we all arrive to our destination our only celebration is the complication of our generation to persuade them to allow the
Fall River Historical Museum was written by Jan Heller Levi. It is based off of a real life situation which involved the Borden Family. This case is filled with undeniable mystery; most of it surrounds the family’s youngest daughter, Elizabeth “Lizzie” Borden. The theme of this poem is that every family has its problems and secrets. No family is perfect; they all have their issues and sometimes they boil over.
The story “Into the Gorge” by Ron Rash was my favorite story in the text. The story provided setting that sustained the mood of mystery. It started with narrating the story of Jesse’s aunt and her mysterious death. Then, the story took place in the woods. The description of how Jesse interacted with the land conveyed his relationship to his father.
I couldn’t believe it. Suddenly, it was pouring! I was eleven and I was on a hike in the Zion Canyon Narrows, walking through the Virgin River. The views were spectacular, not a cloud in the sky, and everything was perfect.
Maddy and Cadence both struggle to look between the cracks in their families but it's something different that they have to reveal, the truth of their families lies and their own lies. Maddie's mother kept her inside physically and made her her own world inside the house telling her it's a disease that's keeping her in. Cadence’s mom keeps her in mentally, she built a certain type of view or outlook on the world for cadence and trapping her in a certain world. Cadence's family being
I can be the little boy I was meant to be I can feel the grass on my ten little toes. I can feel the snowflakes touch my nose, and watch the leaves change colors. i know you will miss me but; always remember I am with you. When you feel a sudden warmth, that is me giving you a hug.
Everyone came to Kaneland John Sheilds school on a rainy Friday in 5th garde. I walked out of the bus and walked into Mrs. North's classroom. When I walked into the classroom my friend and I saw that we had a sub. A sub that we both didnt like; a sub that no one really liked.
Ray explains his life as marked by the death of his father and following the death of his father he plunges into extreme seclusion only impeded by his pet. Ray is so entrenched in his solitude that he claims “Everywhere I go it is as though I’m wearing a spacesuit which buffers me from other people.” Ray doesn’t believe that there is any chance or reason to socialize with people and escape his loneliness, he feels helpless to the fact that he is lonely and doesn’t believe that his own actions are at fault for his seclusion. He also reasons that his actions contribute to the loneliness he feels, “my hands fall gracelessly, stupidly. I’ve always struggled with
You’re late. Visitation Day’s nearly over!.” (p.10) As shown is this quote, she gets mad over the simple things. Also, her intimidating attitude goes perfectly with her “queen bee” persona. “As I’m recording this, she’s standing right next to me, glaring, so I’d better be careful how I describe her.”
We have read two short stories, “The Ravine” and “Fine”. In both, they have very strong main characters who deal with many conflicts. The stories revolve around the idea of facing fear, which can involve some internal conflicts when you have to choose what to do. Both stories have very different settings and conflicts, yet they are very similar in some ways, which you will find. The first story we read was titled “The Ravine”.
“See you soon” is a common phrase used by people as a form of saying goodbye; some use this phrase to make a goodbye less depressing. Saying goodbye to a person is difficult, especially when he or she is a loved one. In the film Destino by Walt Disney and Salvador Dali, a loved one is lost and the story is told in a way of flashbacks. In the song “See You Again” by Charlie Puth, a loved one is lost, but the story is told as a way to say “thank you for all of the good times” waiting for the day where the two people can reconnect. Both the film and the song analyze the idea of losing a person, but not the memories of the lost loved one.
The flames of desire can morph into an inferno of destruction. Drought fell upon Mason Row during the summer solstice, the small farming community greeted the sunshine with dreaded welcome; cattle and crop usually thrived beneath its brilliant rays, but this year. . . this year brought danger. A farmer mowing his parched lawn could set the world ablaze, a single firecracker could ravish an entire country side, these reason kept the town constable Eldred Tolhurst awake at night, and kept him on edge most days.
so she helped him escape his execution, even though it meant she had to leave her old life behind. Another example is, when John (Day's older brother) dies protecting Day. John pretended to be Day on the day of Day’s execution so that the republic would beleive that Day was dead. In the end John was shot by the
“Mom when are we going to Indian wells?” I asked my mom curiously. ( Indian wells is a tennis tournament in California. ) “ I have to book our hotel first honey,” my mom responded quickly. “It might take a while to find a hotel that isn’t full,” my mom said.
Justin and Kenny had been swimming at the Blue Lake most of the morning. “We always have fun swimming in the lake, sorry the other guys couldn’t make it,” Justin said and watched his friend get out of the water. “It is fun when they are with us, but I need to go home. My grandpa is taking me fishing this afternoon,” Kenny said, grabbing his towel as he went to his bike. “Yeah, guess I’ll go home.
