PAF 301 Written Performance Task 1. The two fitness tests I’m most proud of is my full sit ups in a minute and beep test results. The exercises I did in my three week fitness program to help me accomplish my 55 sit ups in a minute included a variety of core exercises. I’ve done side planks, sit ups, planks, russian twists, hollow holds, running mans, v-snaps, mountain climbers, plank jacks, wood chops and tuck extends. As I have worked various parts of my rectus abdominis such as my obliques and transversus abdominis, my body has gained an overall stomach toning.

Throughout high school I have been employed by Adam Lozano and by Jose Zavala, or Zavala Pools. I have had the opportunity to work for Adam Lozano for the past two years. However, this time frame only includes the summer months. My duties while working for him have included babysitting his two little ones for about 35 hours per week. Also, In addition to working for Adam Lozano, I have also worked for Zavala Pools.Which, indeed, has helped my work experience expand throughout the 3 years I have worked as secretary.
I am Cristen Sudduth, a native of Jackson, MS. Throughout my life, I have observed and encountered several accounts of resilience. Including times when my siblings and I would hurt ourselves by playing our various sports a little too rough which led to temporarily altering our daily lifestyle. These experiences allotted us the opportunity to build through some form of therapeutic exercises. Each exercise helped us gain the courage, confidence and physical strength we needed to return to our regularly life that we normally had and enjoyed so much.
Not only do I have intense runs day after day, but I also complete hard ab exercises everyday to accell my running performance. I have learned that running performance is affected by eating habits, so I avoid junk foods to perform at my maximum running capabilities. I became interested in physical therapy a little more than a year ago when I started going to physical therapy myself. This is Mrs. Houssaini, 60 years old, a Muslim female, who came to the clinic two months ago, complaining of frequency of urination and excessive thirst. After running lab tests and investigations she was diagnosed with diabetes type 2, and the doctor assigned her 2 insulin injections, one in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast, and the other is 30 minutes before lunch. Mrs. Houssaini comes now for regular check up during Ramadan complaining that she cannot take the medications on time because she is fasting. And the following happens:
All my time spent throughout those three days at camp consisted mostly of taking care of my squad and being around several other elementary school teachers. This reminded me of how much I love to be around kids and helped me to picture myself as a teacher- specifically an elementary school teacher. I now am more motivated than ever to achieve my new found dream of becoming an elementary educator. I have always considered becoming a teacher in the future. The only thing that had been holding me back is my passion for sports and wanting a career involving fitness.
His paternal grandfather died of leukemia, but prior to that had won battles against lung cancer and colon cancer, maternal grandmother died of a brain tumor, paternal grandfather died of a heart attack, and both parents have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. The client tries to work out 4 times a week on average. He does split weight training, high intensity interval training, and cardio for his physical activity. The clients reports having noticed a weight gain of about 6-8 lbs per year over the past 5 years. He claims that he has tried several times in the past to lose excess weight, but there is little to no progress.
The squad cheers at the very first varsity football game Aug. 21, the Friday before the semester even began. Cheerleading coach Christie Gray, who had been pregnant throughout the whole summer, said, “With the help of my three assistants, my pregnancy did not affect my coaching schedule at all. We lost many talented girls last year, so we had to work together and much harder than usual. After 15 years of coaching, you realize that every year is different and you learn to focus on the positives of what each team has to offer.” The cheerleaders didn’t perform at the Newbridge Bank Jamboree because they used the summer as a time to rebuild.
