Who is really responsible for the seasonal air pollution, also known as haze in Malaysia?

Haze can occur anytime, anywhere around the world, whether in the warm weathered countries like ours, Malaysia or even the coldest locations in the world, the Arctic. Haze are one of the rising issues of the world, especially for the typical countries that face it yearly, the Southeast Asia.
