Lifestyle
Lifestyle can include various factors; however I have chosen to focus on nutrition, smoking and substance use.
Nutrition: Nutrition can affect our health and wellbeing greatly for example overeating foods that are unhealthy and high in fat content can increase the risks of type 2 diabetes and being overweight can bring many other serious health problems such as;
• Coronary heart disease
Hypertension
• Depression
• Cancers
• High blood pressure

One example of the effects of bad nutrition on health and wellbeing is obesity, people may find themselves becoming obese or overweight/ unhealthy because they feel they cannot afford to buy healthy foods regularly so they stick to buying cheap processed food, some people may buy more junk food because it is just easier than preparing a …show more content…
