Breakfast is the first meal of the day . Its arguably the most important meal of the day. Healthy breakfast means that having a healthful breakfast .Healthy breakfast is much more than merely a concept , it’s a complete theory of life.
Breakfast is most essential for every person whether it be an adult, a teenager or a child. Many people refuse breakfast for several of reasons. Getting up late is one of the main causes as people tend to sleep past their time and then in the hurriedness to get to work or school skip their breakfast. Though carbohydrates that provide energy to the body is one of the most important part of breakfast, it is necessary to make sure that the breakfast is not just an only carb meal. A complete breakfast should include all the necessary nutrients, including proteins, calcium, vitamin B6, vitamin A, zinc and iron. Also, make sure that it contains very less sodium, salt and sugar. There are many recipies that can be tried for a healthy breakfast. Firstly, fruits should make a major part of breakfast. They contain all the necessary nutrients required. Protein is best provide by eggs. Eggs of any kind can be taken but the ones cooked in less heat are preferred as they have more protein content. Dried fruits also provide protein . Almonds ,peanuts and walnuts should also be included. Vegetables should be eaten in breakfast. Most people don’t consider it as a part of a breakfast because of some convention in our culture but they provide a healthy nutrition and fiber.
Why is there so much emphasis on a healthy breakfast. There are many different dimensions to it. Having a good start to the day and on a long term basis it helps our immunity system to boost and avoid different diseases. People who have a healthy breakfast tend to be more happy and offer great concentration in work or school. Mentally they bacome more efficient and are more productive.
