How to live a healthy lifestyle? Good health is human being free of diseases and problems that affect the body. Healthy lifestyle is a way of living that allows you to enjoy living in more than one aspect in life. In addition, following a healthy lifestyle is the best decision you can take in your life. Also, it is important for the prevention of health risks such as: diabetes, obesity, cancer and heart disease. According to Dillon (2009), “Cancer, also a leading cause of death, occurs with increasing frequency in people who are overweight or obese.” (p.18). (p.192). Second, you have to know how many grams of meat, chicken, fish and rise that you should eat and you can know how many grams if you buy a balance to measure the weight. Third, you have to eat healthy and organic food not a junk food. For example, the man who’s weight about 80KG, should eat four meals to five meals in one day, carbohydrates which is the rice from 100 to 150 gram and proteins which is the chicken or meat from 150 to 250 gram. Also, you have to eat vitamins and minerals to make a recovery for your body. However, we can take the vitamins from fruits and the minerals from the water, if we cannot eat fruits or drink water, we must buy the tablet from pharmacy that include all vitamins and minerals. In addition, the body needs to drink water from 1.5 liters to 2 liters every day, but the sportsman needs to drink water from 2 liters to 3 liters. On the other hand, you cannot eat sweets so you will have to reduce the sugar amount to develop your health and
