Henry Ford was always ready to find new methods and ideas to help improve the Ford Motor Company. “He was willing to play around with new ideas, to listen to others, to mess around imaginatively” (Frost). Ford wanted to improve his cars in any way he could so he was always willing to try new and creative things to better his models. Whether it’s appearing strong to yourself or others to uphold your professionalism, or smiling at someone you can’t stand to keep the peace. It all comes down to one thing, wearing a mask to become accepted by your peers. People shouldn’t have to base their personalities and appearance on what the normal Joe is doing, this doesn’t lead to any improvement or change, it’s a stagnant practice. While it is important to be professional in your chosen career, it is just as important to be an individual. Being an individual doesn’t mean rebelling against all social norms, it means showing what it is that makes you.
Hence, we may completely change ourselves and our behavior just to remain in the group. Even if we do not actually know about the product or genuinely do not require it, we tend to be attracted by the product because everyone else has it. This conformity makes our lives easier by providing us a cognitive shortcut. We need not think before doing something if others are doing it as well. We assume that other people who are doing something know more about the situation more than us and their actions may be rational, and hence following those people won’t be a mistake, even if those actions actually do not make any sense.

Socially, cars allowed people to travel instantly to wherever they wanted whenever they wanted.
He should do his best in becoming compassionate, empathetic, understanding, thankful and positive. He should not just look for positive vibes and happiness from other people. Rather, he transforms himself into an actual sharer of happiness and source of it. He should also try to do good things without asking for anything in return. Simple things like trying to encourage someone who is obviously down or helping an elderly cross the street can all go a long way.
Having belfies isn’t something special, the belfies are the ones that are unique and special. These beliefs may be unpopular or out right hated.
