Miraculous power of herbal teas
Teas originally have the role for treatment of different disease . Hippocrates past records of 400 medicinal plants. Teas contain polyphenols, pigments and essential oils that reduce the harmful effects of peroxide in the body. It is known that they are the guardians of health and "hunters" to free radicals.

Yarrow (Lat. Achillea Millefolium) hajducka trava

The medicinal effect: yarrow is widespread throughout Europe, Siberia, the Caucasus, the Himalayas, most parts of Asia, including the Far East. It acts as a weak sedative, to treat depression and insomnia, for irritated respiratory system is used for inhalation, promotes digestion, reduces damage to mucous ulcer, it has antimicrobial properties when applied topically. It is used to rinse the irritated and inflamed eye, skin ulcers, eczema and wounds. The recommended daily intake of the 3 individual doses should not exceed 5g.
Preparation: 1 tea spoon pour with 2 dl of boiling water, let stand covered for 10 minutes strain and drink.
