Moreover, teachers may use the hidden curriculum in their teaching as a method to send a specific message. Generally speaking, the hidden curriculum statement has become widely recognized in schools in the recent decades. Hidden curriculum appears in every school whether private or public, secondary or high school. Hidden curriculum turns up to be a way of transmitting the messages to the students about values, attitude, and principles. One of the main tasks of the hidden curriculum is to prepare pupils to involve in the life of a public sphere. In short, the hidden curriculum is even more important that the written one because it has a stronger and more effective influence to the students in many ways. The main thing is that this curriculum can have both positive and negative effect on students. If the curriculum is used without awareness it can work not in a right way. Teachers are ldentified in their profession as ‘learning specialist’ , and there are five principles of good pedagogy which are Motivation, Exposition, Direction of activity and Inviting imitation. Andragogy is the best approach for effective delivery and pedagogy, both approaches must be used to ensure effective delivery. My first reaction to having to read True Education by Ellen G. White was “oh great, I have to read another Ellen White book.” Throughout my life I was preached at about how Ellen White said such and such, meaning if I do not follow what she says I am a rebelious and unrighteous person. With this being said, I am glad that I was able to put my negative thoughts aside and dig deep into the topics, because after reading the book I have gained some new ideas and perspectives on how to go about educating in the classroom. However, I am only going to focus on the few that really stuck out to me. Some of them being able to comprehend the nature of human beings and their purpose, using several different teaching tactics, and the need for teachers and parents to work together.
