Firstly, the hotel has a swimming pool which is next to the beach. The design of the beach makes it naturally blend with the beach giving the users a unique and memorable experience. Other than that, the hotel also has a bar which has been designed facing the beach and it is adjacent to the beach. The beach bar, as it is referred, makes Hilton very different from Aloft. The design of the rooms in the case of Hilton accommodates a spa session in case the client might need the service. However, in the case of Aloft conference facility, the spa is on a separate room which is shared just like the gym. For a start, Aloft hotel has excellent guest facilities which can accommodate many people. Therefore, for the many days, its facilities will not be strained. Other than that, it has a gym and bars which serve to relax the guest during their stay. Therefore, compared to Rotana, the hosting style and experience will be totally different if the meetings were to carry on for many days. Given their different approach to customer satisfaction, there will be an imminent difference in the experience of the clients. However, the conferencing facilities and experience is likely to remain
